Last week I went with my Grandmother to the Yarra Valley by car to visit its beautiful scenery and enjoy the afternoon with a picnic. I found two little surprises that I HAD to take a photo of and those two things are mushrooms and peppercorns.
This was our picnic basket that we prepared.
The peppercorn tree.
And last but not least, the mushrooms.
What a lovely day I had. I hope you did too!

The Easter Flower.
The Hakia is a flower that is native to New Zealand and only blooms in April and May therefore I like to call it the Easter Flower. I took some photos this morning of my Grandmothers Hakia tree and I tried to get some close ups of the actual flower. These were the results.
In the photo above I have even caught an image of a bee.
Since this is what I call the Easter Flower I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter!

I'm Glad There's Fruit In The World.
Today I tried some VERY nice fruits that I had never eaten before. I was in the fruit shop and I saw a Nashi and a Fig and the first thing I thought was 'its now or never'. The fruits were so pretty and delicious that I just had to take a photo of them.
I actually have tried a Kiwi fruit before but I decided to photograph it anyway.
This is what the Nashi and the Fig looked like on the inside. I thought that the Fig looked just amazing.
That's all I really have to say for today and for anyone who hasn't, I say 'try these fruits'.
